Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kumanga app ("the App") provided by Yayapipi Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the App. You sign in using Sign in with Apple, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Credits and In-App Purchases

The App offers consumable "credits" that are used to generate AI content. Credits can be purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms. Credits are consumable, have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's policies. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the sketches and content you create. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the App and deliver the features you request (such as AI generation). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI features produce results based on your input and may be imperfect or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content. You agree not to use the App to create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or by using the App to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
