This Privacy Policy explains how Yayapipi Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Kumanga app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. Kumanga uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. When you sign in, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). We use this to identify your account, scope your library, and track your credit balance.
• Content you create. Sketches, generated images, text, and projects you create in the App are stored so you can access your library across sessions.
• AI generation data. When you use AI features, the sketches, selections, and prompts you submit are sent to our backend and AI image-generation providers to produce results.
• Purchase and credit records. When you buy credit packs, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your card details. We receive a transaction identifier from Apple, which we use to credit your account and prevent duplicate top-ups, along with a log of your credit balance and usage.
• Diagnostic information. We may collect limited technical information (such as error logs) to keep the App working reliably.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• To generate AI manga results that you request.
• To manage your account, library, and credit balance.
• To process and verify in-app purchases.
• To diagnose problems and protect against abuse or fraud.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the App:

• Service providers — including our backend infrastructure and AI image-generation providers — who process data on our behalf to deliver the features you use.
• Apple — for authentication (Sign in with Apple) and in-app purchase processing.
• Legal compliance — when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account information, content, and credit records for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account and all associated data, use the in-app account deletion option in Settings, or contact us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children's Privacy

Kumanga is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to such processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
